Restaurant Buy-out & Set-up Fees
The Plantation House is available for exclusive, private wedding receptions in the evening. Parties of more than 50 people must buy out the restaurant. Closing the restaurant and bar to the public for the evening will require the minimum* amount (below) to be met in food & beverage sales. Tax, service charge, set-up fees, entertainment, dance floor rental, decor, wedding cake, etc., are above and beyond the minimum buy-out. Buy-out fee includes tables, chairs, service ware, personalized menus & staff. All rates require exclusive food & beverage service from The Plantation House Restaurant. 4.166% sales tax and 19% service charge will be added to all fees. Pricing and policies subject to change.
