Wedding Ceremony Site Fees on the Lower Lawn
1-15 guests	775.00 (includes site permit, tent & up to 15 chairs)
16-60 guests	950.00 (includes site permit, tent & up to 39** chairs)
optional on-site coordination fee	100.00
**Additional white chairs (for 40 or more guests) must be rented at 4.00 each. 4.166% sales tax and 19% service charge will be added to all fees. Wedding site is available only in conjunction with Plantation House Restaurant wedding reception or Lower Lawn cocktail & pupu party reception, with a guarantee of a minimum in food and beverage revenue. Wedding site availability begins after 4:30 p.m. To secure your date, the full site fee is due immediately. Site is subject to daily weather conditions and golf course activity. Site may not be available in December or January due to the Mercedes-Benz Championship Golf Tournament. We reserve the right to deny use of the site at any time.
Add Lower Lawn Cocktail & Pupu Party to Lower Lawn wedding site
This option is available to parties that wish to enjoy a cocktail & pupu reception on the Lower Lawn following a Lower Lawn wedding, and before the wedding reception inside The Plantation House. It is an ideal way to offer your guests refreshments while they are waiting for the wedding party to take formal wedding photos. This option can also be used in place of a wedding reception inside The Plantation House Restaurant. The Cocktail & Pupu Party is available only to groups of 20 guests or more. Please see Lower Lawn Cocktail & Pupu Party Menu for selection of passed pupus (hors d'oeuvres) served on trays by waitstaff, as well as hot and cold items served on buffet tables.
Lower Lawn bar set-up fee	185.00
Staff fee (minimum of two staff members)	100.00 per staff member for any event up to 4 hours - additional time is charged at a rate of 25.00 per hour per staff member
