The Plantation House Restaurant in Kapalua ~ Come Join Our Table As a prelude to the annual Kapalua Wine & Food Festival, The Plantation House Restaurant is happy to welcome longtime California winemaker Kent Rosenblum. Especially passionate about crafting single-vineyard zinfandels from old vines, a loyal following of zinfandel enthusiasts has dubbed Rosenblum "The King of Zin." A veterinarian by profession, Dr. Rosenblum began a life of "dual careers" when his passion for winemaking in the 1970s brought his home winemaking hobby to the point where he was able to establish Rosenblum Cellars in 1978. Three decades and countless accolades later, Kent Roseblum still has the enthusiasm for wine that turned him into one of the country's most talented winemakers. Tuesday ~ June 26, 2007 at 6:30 p.m.
