Wines at The Plantation House Restaurant - Kapalua, Maui The Plantation House Restaurant believes that wine is just as essential to the dining experience as the cuisine it is paired with. Our wine program embodies our passion in seeking out intriguing wines wherever we go, and wherever we can find them. We look for wines that are clean and crisp to complement our fresh Hawaiian fish, and we also seek out wines that are rustic and robust, to enhance our heartier Mediterranean-influenced dishes. The result of our passion for wine is an extensive wine list that has merited an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine for several years running.
